FAQ’S

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
We can print as little as 5 shirts per design, however surcharges do apply. If you’re ordering between 10-20 garments the small run surcharge is $25 and under 10 garments the surcharge is $50.

WHAT FILE IS REQUIRED WHEN SUPPLYING MY ARTWORK?
We require a vector file, this can be supplied as an AI, PSD or PDF file. If you can’t obtain the correct file type our graphic designer can redraw your logo or create one from scratch.

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN SHIRTS?
Yes, you can supply the garments. To ensure the desired finish we prefer to supply the garment. It is not often understood that the quality of the print is dependent upon the quality of the fabric to be printed. We have printed on many fabrics with those garments we recommend providing the best results.

As mentioned, we will print on fabrics supplied by clients, however we cannot guarantee the quality of the prints as each fabric reacts differently to the printing process.

CAN YOU PRINT ON GARMENTS OTHER THAN T-SHIRTS?
As we offer embroidery, heat press, sublimation and of course screen printing, we can usually find a method that will suit your desired garment and result. Our friendly team are here to help with what application is best for you.

WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL TURNAROUND TIME?
Our turnaround time will depend on the quantity of your order and our work flow at the given time. We base our screen printed orders on a 2-3 week time frame, as for embroidery we work on 3-4 weeks. Your order is commenced once all details are confirmed and a deposit has been received. We will always aim to get your job done as soon as possible.

DO I NEED TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE OF MY SCREEN PRINTED GARMENT?
It is recommended that you treat your screen printed garments with care to ensure the integrity of the print. We provide care instructions with each order, however there are a few easy steps to remember. Wash your garment inside out on a cool wash. Do not tumble dry and when ironing, iron inside out.

HOW LONG WILL MY SCREENS BE KEPT FOR?
We keep screens on file for 6 months after your last print run. If your job is not repeated within the 6 months your screens will be reclaimed and used for other designs. After 6 months a new screen set-up will apply.

DO YOU PROVIDE A FAST TURNAROUND SERVICE?
If you need your garments printed urgently. We do provide a fast turnaround service for a fee of $50. 

DO YOU PROVIDE A SHIPPING SERVICE?
Yes, we can ship within Australia. Shipping costs will apply.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS AND DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
We require a 50% deposit on all orders where we provide stock. The remainder of the order is to be paid on collection or before shipping. We don’t offer a payment plan.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM THAT I CAN VISIT?
Yes, we have a showroom consisting of a broad range of garment types. We can assist you in choosing the most appropriate garment and walk you through the ordering process. Pop in during our opening hours and a friendly staff member will be happy to help answer any further questions.
